Life is just so scary sometimes..... how to find inspiration to carry ourself through the tough times ?

why is LIFE IS SO UNPREDICTABLE ? why we often realized after loss of loved ones, after they are gone..... ?
 Can I say, what happens in our life happens for a reason and was meant to be ?

In fact, EVERYTHING IS UNPREDICTALE. Make the best use of the time we have.
